A new group began on Monday 8th April and is to be held fortnightly. Sessions take place in Hornsea Town Hall between 10.00 and 11am. The cost at present is £6 and is led by a fully qualified Tai Chi instructor. Soft shoes, comfortable clothing and a drink of water are recommended.
